Returns & Refunds Policy

At Tramp Industries, we want our products to arrive as described and perform as intended. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue.

30-Day Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of your item being delivered.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

  • unused

  • in the same condition it was received

  • in its original packaging where possible

  • returned with proof of purchase

Please include your order number, the product you are returning, and the reason for the return.

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

We will assess the issue and work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement, repair, refund, or other suitable remedy.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Custom or Special-Order Products

Custom-made, special-order, or modified products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees.

If you ordered the wrong item and need a different product, contact us at:

If the item is unused and eligible for return, we can help arrange a return and replacement order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
