Tramp Industries ships orders Australia-wide.

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at Sales@trampindustries.com.au.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During busy periods, product launches, public holidays, or periods of high order volume, dispatch may take slightly longer.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you where possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Where free shipping is offered, it applies to eligible Australian orders only unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post or courier delays, public holidays, weather events, regional delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Australia-Wide Shipping

We currently ship within Australia.

If you are outside Australia and are interested in ordering, please contact us before placing an order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

Tramp Industries is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge additional postage to resend the item.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or appears to have an issue during delivery, contact us at:

Please include your order number and any relevant tracking information.

We will work with you and the shipping provider to investigate the issue and help resolve it.

Authority to Leave

If you choose or request authority to leave, the parcel may be left at the delivery address without a signature.

Please make sure the delivery location is safe and suitable. Tramp Industries is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered where authority to leave has been requested or applied by the carrier.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is not currently available unless arranged directly with Tramp Industries before ordering.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is not delivered, arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
